| Pedicle Probe |

This device is designed to be utilized with any intraoperative monitoring device, will save pedicles, and is employed in open spinal fusions. The Pedicle Probe is placed into the pedicle prior to the tap with electrical stimulation being provided by the monitoring system. If there is a medial breach in the pedicle wall, the instrument will trigger an EMG response, warning the surgeon of the breach. The pedicle probe may then be redirected into a safe course that will allow the accurate placement of the pedicle screw. Neurophysiology Inc strongly recommends use of the Pedicle Probe. |
| Pedicle Access Needle |

This device is designed to be utilized with any intraoperative monitoring device and is used primarily in percutaneous spinal fusions. As with the pedicle probe, the device is placed into the pedicle prior to the tap and electrical stimulation is provided by the monitoring system. If there is a medial breach in the pedicle wall, the PAC Needle will trigger an EMG response, warning the surgeon of the breach. The PAC needle may then be redirected into a safe course that will allow the accurate placement of the pedicle screw. |
